Highfields Farm is situated on the Thorpe estate in south-east Staffordshire. The farm converted from dairy cows to goats in 1987. This is when Innes cheese began.

Our approach to farming here is simple and holistic. We value milking our own goats because it gives us the control we need to produce clean, high quality milk for cheese making.

We are a small family business with a great team who are at the core of the farm.
