Young Cheese

Three types of young cheese are available which are sold in their natural form or coated with the following toppings:

Pink Pepper, Salted Ash and Rosemary

Innes Button

A Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards in 1994 and 2002. A small, light textured, round cheese, 4cms in diameter, with a fresh lemon flavour. Ideal for salads or for grilling.

Minimum weight of 45g. Shelf life of one week. Made from unpasteurised goats milk with vegetarian rennet. Aged from 5 days and available as fresh or demi-sec.

Innes Clifton

A larger version of the Innes Button. Minimum weight of 100g.

Innes Bosworth

A larger version of the Innes Clifton, made to order only. Minimum weight of 200g.

Mature Cheese

Three types of mature cheese are produced, all of which are made with vegetarian rennet and mould-ripened with a white mould.

Innes Bosworth Leaf

A round cheese made from unpasteurised goats milk wrapped in a chestnut leaf. Minimum weight of 200g. Aged for 3 weeks. Shelf life of 21 days.

Innes Clifton Leaf

A smaller version of the Bosworth Leaf with a minimum weight of 70g.

Innes Bosworth Ash Log

A log-shaped, unpasteurised goats cheese rolled in salted ash beneath a layer of white rind that creates a jagged, grey circumference when sliced, with a garnish of rosemary. Minimum weight of 150g.

Curd Cheese

We offer curd cheese in natural form or with added herbs and garlic. This cheese is ideal as a spreadable sandwich filling, as a cooking ingredient or as a base for a sauce.

Available in 175g or 1.8kg individual tubs. Made from unpasteurised goats milk with vegetarian rennet. Aged from 24 hours.
